Longevity through Balance
It's all about balance. That is because balance, in turn, leads to longevity. A good balance of adequate enzymes, good digestion, and proper diet will naturally help hormone balance. Depending on who you are genetically, depending on what foods you eat, depending on what you are taking enzymatically, then you can look at hormone treatments. But a woman should seek proper testing for a hormone imbalance. This is a place for her to begin. And be aware that testing is also available to evaluate your dietary and enzyme needs.
